白藜芦醇对甲醛中毒小鼠免疫系统损伤的保护作用

目的探讨白藜芦醇(Res)对甲醛中毒小鼠免疫系统损伤的保护作用。方法取50只健康小鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为阴性对照组(N组),阳性对照组(P组),Res低(L)、中(M)、高(H)剂量组(分别为L、M、H组),每组10只。通过灌胃建立甲醛中毒模型,除N组外,其余各组均给予37%甲醛溶液50 mg/kg灌胃每天1次,共5 d。第6天,N组和P组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液,L、M、H组分别给予7.5、15.0、30.0 mg/kg的Res,均按0.1 mL/10 g腹腔注射,每天1次,连续7 d。检测各组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果与P组比较,N、L、M、H组小鼠细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与L组比较,H组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而H组小鼠胸腺指数和脾腺指数与N组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Res对甲醛中毒小鼠免疫系统具有保护作用,对健康小鼠没有显著影响。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of resveratrol on the immune system injury induced by formaldehyde in mice. Methods Fifty healthy mice were randomly divided into three groups: negative control group (N group), positive control group (P group), Res low (L), medium (M) For the L, M, H group), each group of 10. Formaldehyde poisoning model was established by gavage. Except N group, the other groups were given 37% formaldehyde solution 50 mg / kg once daily for 5 days. Conclusion Res protects the immune system of mice with formaldehyde poisoning and has no significant effect on healthy mice.
