目的探讨白藜芦醇(Res)对甲醛中毒小鼠免疫系统损伤的保护作用。方法取50只健康小鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为阴性对照组(N组),阳性对照组(P组),Res低(L)、中(M)、高(H)剂量组(分别为L、M、H组),每组10只。通过灌胃建立甲醛中毒模型,除N组外,其余各组均给予37%甲醛溶液50 mg/kg灌胃每天1次,共5 d。第6天,N组和P组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液,L、M、H组分别给予7.5、15.0、30.0 mg/kg的Res,均按0.1 mL/10 g腹腔注射,每天1次,连续7 d。检测各组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果与P组比较,N、L、M、H组小鼠细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与L组比较,H组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、胸腺指数和脾脏指数均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而H组小鼠胸腺指数和脾腺指数与N组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Res对甲醛中毒小鼠免疫系统具有保护作用,对健康小鼠没有显著影响。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of resveratrol on the immune system injury induced by formaldehyde in mice. Methods Fifty healthy mice were randomly divided into three groups: negative control group (N group), positive control group (P group), Res low (L), medium (M) For the L, M, H group), each group of 10. Formaldehyde poisoning model was established by gavage. Except N group, the other groups were given 37% formaldehyde solution 50 mg / kg once daily for 5 days. On the 6th day, 0.9% sodium chloride injection was given to the N and P groups, Res of 7.5, 15.0 and 30.0 mg / kg were given to the L, M and H groups, respectively. All the mice were injected intraperitoneally with 0.1 mL / For 7 days. The macrophage phagocytosis rate, thymus index and spleen index of mice in each group were detected. Results Compared with group P, the phagocytic rate, thymus index and spleen index in N, L, M and H groups were significantly increased (P <0.05), compared with L group Macrophage phagocytosis rate, thymus index and spleen index were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); while the thymus index and spleen gland index of mice in group H compared with the N group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Res protects the immune system of mice with formaldehyde poisoning and has no significant effect on healthy mice.
