近年来,本市加强农村基层医疗机构队伍建设,完善乡村医生管理政策,建立各种医联体,逐步建立新农合制度,健全农村医疗卫生服务体系,促进城乡医疗卫生公共服务均等化。结合有关部门和区县调查情况,对本市农村医疗卫生工作的主要做法和成效,总结如下。 In recent years, the municipality has strengthened the construction of ranks of rural grass-roots medical institutions, improved the management policies of rural doctors, established various medical associations, gradually established the new rural cooperative medical system, perfected the rural medical and health service system and promoted the equalization of urban and rural public health services.
