随着高等教育的普及,大学毕业生的数量急剧增加,高职院校与本科院校存在一定的差距,使得高职院校的毕业生所面临的就业压力比较大。高质量就业的关键因素就是提升高职毕业生的就业能力。目前,企业所广泛采用的管理模式就是供应链管理,在高职院校的就业问题中引入供应链管理模式,将高职学生就业能力结构模型的构建与教育供应链中招聘企业对就业能力的需求结合起来,通过对学生有针对性的培养,从根本上提升高职学生的就业能力。
