就简易生物滤器和微生物制剂对罗氏沼虾育苗水的处理效果进行了研究 ,结果发现 :(1)对生物滤器进行接种 ,保持pH的稳定并提供一定浓度的氮源和碳源 ,有助于滤器的早日熟化 ;(2 )熟化的生物滤器能有效改善育苗水的水质 ,减轻水体的有机负荷 ,降低氨氮和亚硝氮的含量 ,对沼虾幼体具有明显的促长作用 ;(3)微生物制剂及未熟化生物滤器的联用能在一定程度上降低氨氮含量 ,促进沼虾幼体的生长 ,但不能明显降低亚硝氮的含量
The results showed that: (1) The biofilter was inoculated to maintain pH stability and provide a certain concentration of nitrogen and carbon sources, which contributed to (2) maturing biological filter can effectively improve the water quality of seedling water, reduce the organic load of water body, reduce the content of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen, and promote the development of larvae; (3) The combination of preparation and unrivaled biofilter can reduce the content of ammonia nitrogen to a certain extent and promote the growth of marsh larva but can not reduce the content of nitrite
