求助者王某是一名初三学生,1个多月前因期末考试失利,又临近中考,对考试充满焦虑,学习效率下降,同时有睡眠差、食欲下降等症状,根据临床资料的综合分析,初步诊断为因考试失利引发焦虑情绪的一般心理问题。咨询师在和求助者协商后,根据其个性特征和问题的特点采用了认知疗法进行干预,经过4次咨询,求助者情绪好转,很快进入了正常的学习生活中,取得了比较好的咨询效果。 Wang is a third-year student seeking help, more than a month ago due to the end of the exam failed, approaching the test, full of anxiety on the exam, learning efficiency decreased, while poor sleep, loss of appetite and other symptoms, based on a comprehensive analysis of clinical data , The initial diagnosis of general psychological problems caused by anxiety test failure.
