该实验在3000mol/m~3的硫酸溶液中于80℃的条件下由不同角度考察了抑制剂的过腐蚀,硫酸亚铁的生成,酸耗量以及氢气的发生量.证明使用该抑制剂不仅可以降低钢材的过腐蚀,还可抑制三氧化硫,抑制率在94.7%.测试数据表明:生产车间空气中三氧化硫含量:(1)未使用抑制剂时平均为11.62毫克/米~3,(2)使用抑制剂后平均为0.62毫克/米~3.低于国家工业企业设计卫生标准 TJ36—792毫克/米~3的要求。
In this experiment, the inhibitor over-corrosion, ferrous sulfate generation, acid consumption and hydrogen generation amount were investigated from different angles under the condition of 80 ℃ in 3000mol / m ~ 3 sulfuric acid solution.It is proved that the use of this inhibitor not only Can reduce the over-corrosion of steel, but also inhibit sulfur trioxide, the inhibition rate of 94.7% .Test data show that: the workshop production of sulfur trioxide content: (1) without the use of inhibitors average 11.62 mg / m ~ 3, (2) After using the inhibitor, the average is 0.62 mg / m ~ 3, which is lower than the national design hygiene standard TJ36-792 mg / m ~ 3.
