网络犯罪作为一种新型的高智能型犯罪已经成为预防犯罪国际会议的重要议题之一。本文通过对我国网络犯罪的出现及犯罪特点的分析,指出目前我国公安机关在侦破计算机网络犯罪案件时存在的法律法规上的问题,并提出了相关的防范对策。 As a new type of intelligent crime, cybercrime has become one of the most important topics in the international conference on crime prevention. Through the analysis of the emergence of cybercrime and the characteristics of crime in our country, this paper points out the problems existing in the law and regulation of the cybercrime case in our country when it comes to the detection of cyber criminals and puts forward some countermeasures.
