用碱熔法处理土壤样品,采用氟离子选择电极法测定土壤中氟的含量,确定了TISABⅡ为最佳离子强度剂,通过单变量方差分析筛选出了土壤中F测定的最佳因素TISAB用量15.00 mL,加热温度600℃,盐酸用量6.00 mL,澄清时间为20 min。通过对质控样进行验证实验和加标回收实验,证明该条件准确可靠,对土壤中氟离子含量的测定十分有效。
Soil samples were treated with alkali fusion method, fluoride content in soil was determined by fluoride ion selective electrode method, TISABⅡwas selected as the best ionic strength agent, and the best factor for determination of F in soil was screened by univariate analysis of variance. TISAB dosage 15.00 mL, heating temperature 600 ℃, hydrochloric acid dosage 6.00 mL, clarification time 20 min. Through the quality control sample validation experiments and spike recovery experiments, the conditions proved to be accurate and reliable, the determination of fluoride ion content in the soil is very effective.
