黄芩属植物Scutellaria repens是克什米尔、锡金、缅甸的野生唇形科多年生草本值物,用于治疗刀伤、虫咬伤等。作者以甲醇分离并对其组分反复柱层析,从该植物中分离出7种黄酮类化合物与7种苯乙烷类化合物。14种化合物中1~9为已知化合物。根据化学与光谱数据进行鉴定,化合物10~14的化学结构分别为:5,7,2’-三羟基-6,8,-二甲氧黄酮;O-5-羟基-6,8-二甲氧黄酮-7-基-β-D-葡糖醛酸吡哺糖甙;O-2-(3-羟基-4-
Scutellaria repens is a perennial herb of the wild Labiatae family in Kashmir, Sikkim and Myanmar. It is used to treat knife wounds and insect bites. The author isolated the methanol and repeatedly performed column chromatography on its components to isolate 7 flavonoids and 7 phenylethanes from the plant. Of the 14 compounds, 1 to 9 are known compounds. According to chemical and spectral data, the chemical structures of compounds 10-14 were: 5,7,2’-trihydroxy-6,8-dimethoxyflavone; O-5-hydroxy-6,8-dimethyl Oxyflavonoid-7-yl-β-D-glucuronic acid pyrazole glucosamine; O-2-(3-hydroxy-4-)
