从乙醇保存的白鲢血液中提取基因组DNA,经琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析的紫外检测表明:其大小和纯度与冷冻保存的白鲢血液提取的基因组DNA相当.以从乙醇保存和冷冻保存的同一条白鲢血细胞提取的基因组DNA为模板,用4种随机引物分别进行RAPD扩增,结果显示:两种保存方法获取的基因组DNA的每一种引物所扩增的带型都相同.
