目的了解基层医疗机构的器械清洗情况,提高供应室器械清洗质量管理水平。方法采用残留血试纸法,对临安市辖区内不同医疗机构内重复使用的手术器械的清洗质量进行监测。结果 2008-2014年间,临安市医疗机构清洗后器械的残留血阳性率平均为20.8%。市级、乡镇级和民营医疗机构的器械残留血阳性率分别为14.4%、19.2%和32.9%。普通外科手术包内器械残留血阳性率为27.5%,其中持针器、止血钳和卵圆钳的残留血阳性率最高。人工流产手术包残留血阳性率为23.7%,阳性率较高的依次为放环/取环器、探针、扩张器和镊子。结论该地区医疗机构清洗后医疗器械上残留血阳性率较高,提示医疗器械清洗质量不容乐观,要特别加强普通手术器械清洗,以确保灭菌质量。
Objective To understand the situation of equipment cleaning in primary medical institutions and to improve the quality management of supply room equipment cleaning. Methods The method of residual blood test was used to monitor the quality of the surgical instruments repeatedly used in different medical institutions in Lin’an. Results During 2008-2014, the residual blood positive rate of instruments after cleaning in medical institutions in Lin’an averaged 20.8%. Municipal-level, township-level and private medical institutions, the residual blood samples were 14.4%, 19.2% and 32.9%. The average rate of residual blood of instrument in general surgical package was 27.5%, of which the needle-hold, hemostatic forceps and oval pliers had the highest residual positive rate of blood. Induced abortion surgical bag residual blood positive rate was 23.7%, followed by a higher positive rate for the ring / take the ring, probes, dilators and tweezers. Conclusion The higher rate of residual blood in medical devices after the medical institutions in the area cleaned indicates that the quality of medical device cleaning is not optimistic. The common surgical instruments should be specially cleaned to ensure the quality of sterilization.
