采用3种液体荧光消除剂——英国L、德国L1和德国L2,探讨其用量、混合温度和时间对荧光消除效果的影响。结果表明:消除剂种类、消除剂用量、混合温度及混合时间对荧光消除效果有较大影响;3种液体荧光消除剂中以英国产荧光消除剂荧光消除效果最佳,在纸浆温度30℃、混合时间10 min、用量仅0.5%(对绝干浆)的条件下,荧光度F便降低6.2%,同时R457白度只损失4.7%ISO;通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对荧光消除效果进行表征,结果表明英国产液体荧光消除剂可以有效地消除浆料中的荧光。
Three kinds of liquid fluorescence eliminators - UK L, Germany L1 and Germany L2 were used to investigate the effects of dosage, mixing temperature and time on fluorescence elimination. The results showed that: the type of eliminator, the amount of eliminator, the mixing temperature and the mixing time had a significant effect on the fluorescence elimination effect. Among the three kinds of liquid fluorescence eliminators, the fluorescent elimination agent from the UK produced the best fluorescence elimination effect. When the pulp temperature was 30 ℃, Under the condition of mixing time 10 min and dosage 0.5% (to dry pulp), the fluorescence F decreased 6.2% and the whiteness of R457 lost only 4.7% ISO. The fluorescence elimination effect was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope, The results show that the British liquid fluorescence scavenger can effectively eliminate the fluorescence in the slurry.
