针对常规电动潜油离心泵因受泵径限制难以增大排量和扬程的问题,研制了一种以增速器配套的增速潜油电泵。增速器采用二级齿轮结构型式,传动比为145,输出转速为4130r/min,安装在上、下保护器之间。为满足高转速要求,从结构和材料上改进了离心泵止推垫片,以及上保护器的扶正轴承和止推轴承。两套增速器样机,以及与之配套的增速泵,分别通过了室内性能试验和试验井模拟试验,其中一台并已投入现场试验。这些试验的性能参数都达到了设计要求。增速电泵扩大了现有电泵的适应范围。在相同条件下,增速电泵导叶轮总量比常规电泵减少60%,仅此一项即可降低一半以上的综合制造成本。整机总长度明显缩短,更适于斜井使用。
