在电焊中,需要可以为小输出电压提供大断续直流电流的电流源。过去,在初级回路中使用带抽头的变压器,在次级回路中使用抽头变换器和功率整流器就足够了。如今,通过采用最先进的快速功率半导体器件,如MOSFET和IGBT,焊接电流精确受控。
In welding, a current source that can provide large intermittent DC current for small output voltages is needed. In the past, the use of tapped transformers in the primary loop and the use of tap changers and power rectifiers in the secondary loop were sufficient. Nowadays, the welding current is precisely controlled by using the most advanced fast-acting power semiconductor devices such as MOSFETs and IGBTs.
