矿井通风机运行过程中,会因地基沉降因素造成风机主轴与电机输出轴错位,引起风机运行故障,传统人工监测方法,工作量大且实时性不好。针对此设计了矿井风机主轴偏移监测系统,利用非接触激光位移传感器结合PLC对风机主轴和电机输出轴的偏移量分别监测,进行对比分析,以对风机主轴错位及时发现,并采取加垫片调高的方式调偏,经在煤矿实际使用证明效果良好,为煤矿安全生产提供了保障。
During operation of mine ventilator, fan shaft and motor output shaft will be dislocated due to subsidence of foundation, causing fan running fault and traditional manual monitoring method, and the workload is heavy and the real-time performance is not good. In this paper, mine shaft deviation monitoring system is designed. By using non-contact laser displacement sensor combined with PLC to monitor the offset of fan shaft and motor output shaft respectively, a comparative analysis is made to detect the dislocation of fan shaft in time and adopt pad Pitch up the way to adjust the deviation, after the actual use of coal in the mine proved effective, safe production for the mine has provided a guarantee.
