A few years ago, German scientists found that singing can make favorable changes in the blood components of human beings and help to enhance the body’s immunity. Relevant experts from the University of Frankfurt, Germany chose members of a professional choir in the city as their research object. The singers rehearsed Mozart’s songs for 1 hour and the experts tested the blood before and after their rehearsals. The results showed that after rehearsing, the sinuses’ immune systems functioned like antibodies with significant increases in the concentrations of immunoglobulin A and anti-stressor-hydrocortisone. A week later, the experts asked the singers to listen to the recording they had rehearsed last time without singing. As a result, the singers’ blood components changed little before and after listening to the recordings. Experts at the University of Frankfurt also found that singing can significantly activate human emotions.
