近年来酒店企业居高不下的人员流失率成为现阶段中国酒店行业发展的瓶颈问题,本文主要从如何降低过高的酒店员工流失率的角度来探讨如何建立合理有效的酒店人才激励机制。
In recent years, the high turnover rate of hotel enterprises has become the bottleneck of the development of China’s hotel industry at this stage. This paper mainly discusses how to establish a reasonable and effective motivation mechanism for hotel personnel from the perspective of how to reduce the excessive turnover rate of hotel employees.
