我厂Ⅱ型催化裂化装置所用气压机(2MCL-456)是沈阳鼓风机厂采用意大利“新比隆”专利制造的。该机浮环密封与轴承安装在同一个壳内,密封油为30号汽轮机油、密封气为吸收稳定系统所产的“干气”。该机密封效果不好,为确保该机型能适应石化系统的使用条件,必须解决密封问题,为此,石化总公司生产部于1989年9月18～22日在北京召开了专业攻关会,批准了沧州炼油厂对该机型的改造方案。该机的浮环密封系统失效后,密封油窜入润滑油
