迟发性脑挫裂伤 (delayedcerebralcontusionandlaceration ,DCCL)是指外伤或术后首次CT检查未发现脑挫裂伤病灶 ,但短期内多次复查头颅CT后发现明显脑挫裂伤病灶。为提高对此类伤的认识 ,对我科 1995年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月收治的DCCL4 9例进行回顾性总结。1　临床资料1 1　一 Delayed cerebral contusion and laceration (DCCL) refers to the trauma or the first postoperative CT examination found no brain contusion and laceration lesions, but shortly after repeated head CT found significant cerebral contusion lesions.
