目的:探讨CLDN-1蛋白在I期肺鳞癌(SCC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测54例I期肺SCC患者的肺癌组织、癌旁组织及20例肺炎性假瘤患者正常肺组织中CLDN-1蛋白的表达,分析CLDN-1蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达与分化程度以及术后生存时间等的关系。结果:①与癌旁组织及炎性假瘤肺组织相比,CLDN-1蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达明显增高(均P=0.000);②CLDN-1蛋白高表达率与I期肺SCC的分化程度呈负相关(P=0.015);③CLDN-1蛋白(+++)表达的患者生存率明显低于(+)、(++)患者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:CLDN-1蛋白在I期肺SCC组织中的表达率明显高于癌旁组织和正常肺组织;CLDN-1蛋白高表达可能提示预后不良。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CLDN-1 protein in stage I squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CLDN-1 protein in normal lung tissue from 54 patients with stage I lung SCC, lung cancer tissues, adjacent non-cancerous tissues and 20 patients with inflammatory pseudotumor. The expressions of CLDN-1 protein in lung cancer tissues The relationship between the expression and the degree of differentiation and postoperative survival time. Results: ① The expression of CLDN-1 protein in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues and inflammatory pseudotumor tissues (all P = 0.000). ② The high expression of CLN-1 was associated with the differentiation of SCC (P = 0.015). (3) The survival rate of patients with expression of CLDN-1 protein (+++) was significantly lower than that of patients with (+), (++) patients, the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.003). CONCLUSIONS: The expression of CLDN-1 protein in stage I lung SCC tissues is significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues and normal lung tissues. High expression of CLDN-1 protein may indicate poor prognosis.
