Al含量对Al_xCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5)激光涂层组织和耐磨性的影响

采用激光熔覆法制备Al_xCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5)(x=0.2,0.5,1.0,1.5)高熵合金涂层,研究Al含量对涂层组织、硬度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随铝含量x变化,相结构由FCC变成BCC结构,并且生成Al_(80_Cr_(13)Co_7和Al95Fe4Cr复杂相。当Al含量增加到1.0时,出现典型调幅分解组织,枝晶和枝晶间成分分布较均匀。随Al含量增加,硬度值提高,最高达到989HV0.5。Al1.0CoCrFeNiTi_(0.5)的耐磨性与U75V相比,磨损量减少了25%,摩擦系数减小了29%。 Al_xCoCrFeNiTi_ (0.5) (x = 0.2,0.5,1.0,1.5) high-entropy alloy coatings were prepared by laser cladding. The effects of Al content on the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance were studied. The results show that the phase structure changes from FCC to BCC with the change of Al content, and the complex phase of Al_ (80_Cr_ (13) Co_7 and Al_ (95) Fe_4Cr is formed.When the Al content increases to 1.0, typical amplitude- With the increase of Al content, the hardness value increased up to 989HV0.5. Wear resistance of Al1.0CoCrFeNiTi_ (0.5) Compared with U75V, the wear loss decreased by 25% and the friction coefficient decreased by 29% .
