氯化炉是生产海绵锆及其化合物过程中的主要设备。多年来氯化炉炉体的材料选择一直不能满足生产的需要,制约着产量和效益的提高。本研究就选用碳砖制做氯化炉内衬材料,从理论上进行了探讨,并对炉体结构进行了改进。文中所阐述的问题已被实践证实,并获得了明显的效益。
Chlorination furnace is the production of sponge zirconium and its compounds in the process of major equipment. For many years, the material selection of chlorination furnace has not been able to meet the needs of production, which limits the increase of output and benefit. In this study, carbon brick was selected as the lining material for chlorination furnace, and the theoretical research was carried out. The furnace structure was improved. The problem described in the article has been proved by practice and has obtained obvious benefits.
