以动车某齿轮箱箱体为研究对象,通过有限元计算和锤击法试验分别得到了该齿轮箱箱体的模态频率及振型。为了验证有限元计算结果的准确性,根据振型相关性理论,对2种模态结果进行了相关性分析,验证了齿轮箱箱体仿真模型的有效性和计算结果的准确性,为减少样机试验奠定了基础。
Taking a gearbox box of a moving car as the research object, the modal frequencies and mode shapes of the gearbox box were obtained through the finite element calculation and the hammering test respectively.
