温度监测是大体积混凝土温控防裂的重要技术手段之一,然而大量的工程实践表明:现有监测手段仍然存在诸多不足,突出表现为温度测点可靠性与耐久性差、导线布设工作量繁重;温控参量需要人工读数并计算,无法实时捕捉混凝土内部温度信息。这给工程带来了安全隐患,无法满足现代化施工需要。为进一步完善大体积混凝土温度监测手段,开发一套包含无线温度传感器、传感器网络、智能监测软件为一体的大体积混凝土温度监测系统,并将其应用于某悬索桥承台大体积混凝土施工温控过程中。工程实践表明:该系统具有布设方便快捷、容纳温度测点数量大、智能化程度高等优点,实现了对混凝土温度信息的自动采集与存储、实时显示与预警、便捷管理与分析等应用需求,适合在工程中推广应用。

In order to further improve the means of mass concrete temperature monitoring, a set of large-volume concrete temperature monitoring system including wireless temperature sensor, sensor network and intelligent monitoring software is developed and applied to the temperature control of mass concrete in a suspension bridge cap. . The engineering practice shows that the system has the advantages of convenient and quick layout, large quantity of temperature measuring points and high intelligence, and realizes the application requirements of automatic acquisition and storage of concrete temperature information, real-time display and warning, convenient management and analysis, etc., Promote the project in the application.
