维护职工合法权益是工会的基本职责。随着社会的进步和物资文化生活水平的快速提高,工会在维护好职工劳动权、生命健康权和合法收益权的同时,要进一步深化维权深度,将之扩展到“精神福利”的层面,通过“精神福利”的激励,最大限度地调动职工的积极性,释放其潜藏的能量,让职工以最大的热情和创造力投身于工作,积极推进企业的发展,从而实现职工和企业的双赢。
