醋酸甲地孕酮(Megestrol acetate, MA)是我国常用的避孕药。是口服Ⅱ号片、复方MA避孕针和MA阴道环的主要成分。口服Ⅱ号片经20多年来广泛使用证明避孕效率几达100％,不良反应小,但需每日服用,不够简便。复方MA避孕针和MA阴道环是为克服上述缺点而正在研究改进的长效制剂。测定MA的血药浓度、体内分布、排泄是研究该药的临床药理及剂型改进不可缺少的一环。为此,我们建立了MA的放射免疫测定。
