为了解决甜菜纸筒育苗出苗质量问题,试验于2011年在黑龙江省农垦九三分局、讷河市、海伦市3个地点进行,以引发技术处理过的甜菜Bastion、Acero两品种的丸粒化种子和普通丸粒化种子为试验材料,采用大棚育苗方法对其出苗状况进行了研究。结果表明,与普通丸粒化种子相比,引发技术处理过的提前2d出苗,提前2d达到发芽峰值,发芽率提高了2.50%~15.00%,日平均发芽率提高了4.48%~74.42%,发芽指数增加1.81%~5.20%。引发技术处理过的甜菜种子出苗快、利于尽快达到苗齐,利于纸筒育苗苗床管理、提高育苗质量。
In order to solve the quality problem of beet seedling emergence in 2011, the experiment was conducted in three locations of Bureau of Reclamation of Heilongjiang Province, No.9 Branch, Nehe and Helen in order to trigger the pelleted seeds of the technically treated beet Bastion and Acero Ordinary pelleted seeds were used as experimental material, and the emergence of seedlings was studied by greenhouse nursery method.
