在RPC混凝土中掺加碎石等粗骨料取代一部分石英砂,形成了一种新型的碎石RPC混凝土材料。试验配制了4组共20个碎石RPC试件,定量分析了碎石掺量的变化对碎石RPC断裂能、延性指数和断裂韧度等参数的影响,并对碎石RPC与普通RPC的断裂性能进行比较。结果表明,碎石RPC在降低RPC混凝土成本的同时,能够达到良好的工作性能。
In the RPC concrete mixed with coarse aggregates such as gravel to replace part of the quartz sand, forming a new type of crushed stone RPC concrete material. Four groups of 20 RPC specimens were prepared and quantitatively analyzed the influence of the variation of the amount of the crushed stone on the RPC fracture energy, ductility index and fracture toughness of the crushed stone. Fracture performance comparison. The results show that gravel RPC can achieve good working performance while reducing the cost of RPC concrete.
