一、人力资源的特殊性 在现代企业管理中,人力资源管理的概念与传统的企业人事管理有较大区别。传统的企业人事管理只是把人作为劳动者来看待,要求遵章守纪、服从指挥就行,这样束缚和禁锢了人的自我创造、自我发展和自我价值的体现。现代人力资源管理是将人看作是一种“资源”,与物质资源和信息资源相对应,构成企业的三大资源。 First, the special nature of human resources In modern business management, the concept of human resource management and the traditional enterprise personnel management are quite different. The traditional management of enterprise personnel only treats people as laborers. It requires obeying regulations and obeying orders and obeying orders. This restrains and imprisons the manifestation of human self-creation, self-development and self-worth. Modern human resource management regards people as a kind of “resource”, corresponding to material resources and information resources, and constitutes the three major resources of an enterprise.
