以映秀至汶川高速公路K36+280~K36+388工点为背景,对抗震拉杆挡墙进行设计计算,给出了5~9m墙高的拉杆挡墙设计尺寸,并提出其施工工艺。运用有限元强度折减法分析拉杆挡墙在地震、汽车撞击工况下的稳定性。结果表明:拉杆挡墙具有良好的抗震、抗冲击性能。对该工点3种挡墙设计方案进行经济效益分析,拉杆挡墙较衡重式、仰斜式挡墙分别节省36%和29%的工程投资。
Based on the background of K36 + 280 ~ K36 + 388 in Yingxiu-Wenchuan expressway, the design of anti-seismic tie-rod retaining wall was calculated and the design dimensions of the tie-rod retaining wall with wall height of 5 ~ 9m were given and the construction technology was proposed. Analysis of stability of tie rod retaining wall under earthquake and car crashing conditions by finite element strength reduction method. The results show that the rod retaining wall has good shock resistance and impact resistance. The economic benefit analysis of three kinds of retaining wall design schemes of the worksite is made. The retaining wall of the tension bar is 36% and 29% less than the counterweight and the inverted inclined retaining wall respectively.
