为了探究迁移型阻锈剂在不同初始相对湿度混凝土中的迁移规律,设计初始相对湿度为0、30%、50%、65%和80%混凝土试块,分别在阻锈剂迁移7d、14d和28d后,利用纳氏试剂分光光度法测定不同深度混凝土中氨氮的含量。结果表明,迁移型阻锈剂在混凝土中的迁移速度随着初始相对湿度的增大而减小,并且迁移型阻锈剂28d的迁移深度在各个初始相对湿度下均能达到50mm。
In order to explore the migration rule of migratory rust inhibitors in concrete with different initial relative humidity, the concrete specimens with initial relative humidity of 0, 30%, 50%, 65% and 80% were designed and tested respectively for 7d, 14d and After 28 days, the content of ammonia nitrogen in different depth concrete was determined by Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry. The results show that the migration speed of migration inhibitor in concrete decreases with the increase of initial relative humidity, and the migration depth of migratory rust inhibitor 28d can reach 50mm at each initial relative humidity.
