介绍了车载矿山应急救援指挥辅助决策系统的研制开发、组成及用途,论述了系统的工作原理、结构及特点,并阐明了系统的实用性与经济性能。系统采用新一代无线网络技术,将灾区现场的图像、声音,有毒、有害气体变化情况及爆炸危险性的智能判别等信息上传给救援指挥中心,可实现电视电话会议功能,通过系统优化组合,使系统综合指标达到国际先进水平,填补在矿山救援领域中应用的空白。
This paper introduces the research, development, composition and use of command assistance decision system for vehicle mine emergency rescue. It also discusses the working principle, structure and characteristics of the system and illustrates the practicality and economic performance of the system. The system uses a new generation of wireless network technology to upload information such as images, sounds, toxic and harmful gases and intelligent identification of explosion danger on disaster scenes to the rescue command center to realize the function of teleconferencing. Through the system optimization and combination, The comprehensive index of the system has reached the international advanced level to fill the gap in the field of mine rescue.
