通过问卷及实地调查,了解三娘湾中华白海豚观光游发展现状,包括运营模式、运营现状、白海豚的遇见率及游客满意度等。分析其存在的问题,如:运营模式混乱、专业向导匮乏、受客观条件限制较大、旅游行为及动物保护之间的矛盾等。并提出可持续发展建议,如:确定合理的运营模式;对从业者进行专业培训,增加专业向导,提升服务质量;提高游客满意度提升网站服务功能,加大宣传力度;制定观豚细则,提倡生态旅游等。 Through questionnaires and field surveys, we learned about the status quo of Sanniang Bay White Dolphin sightseeing, including its operation mode, operational status, the meeting rate of white dolphins and visitor satisfaction. Analysis of its existing problems, such as: chaotic operation patterns, lack of professional guidance, subject to greater objective conditions, tourism behavior and animal protection and other conflicts. And put forward suggestions for sustainable development, such as: to determine a reasonable mode of operation; professional training for practitioners, increase professional guidance, improve service quality; improve visitor satisfaction to enhance website services, increase publicity efforts; the development of dolphin rules, advocate Ecotourism and so on.
