以驱动企业自主知识产权品牌成长的核心能力——管理、研发和营销为维度,构建企业自主知识产权品牌成长路径的模型,对我国企业自主知识产权品牌成长过程中侧重营销导向原因进行分析。进而提出我国企业以长期的协同创新为导向,以促进技术主导型和市场主导型向均衡协同型成长路径逼近为转型目标,同时探讨实现其转型的战略成长理念和协同管理支撑体系。
To drive the growth of independent intellectual property brand of core competence - management, research and marketing as a dimension, building a model of independent intellectual property brand growth path, focusing on the development of our own brand of intellectual property in the process of marketing-oriented analysis of the reasons. Furthermore, it is proposed that Chinese enterprises should take the long-term coordinated innovation as their guidance to promote the transition from technology-oriented and market-oriented to the approach of balanced and coordinated growth. Meanwhile, the strategic growth concept and the synergistic management support system to realize their transformation are also discussed.
