高中教师工作压力成因与对策探讨——基于山东省高中教师工作状况调研

随着教育改革的深入推进,社会预期不断提高,教师的工作量也在持续增加,这在很大程度上影响到教师身心健康、学校发展和教育教学质量。而目前我们对高中教师的工作状态还缺乏客观了解及应有的关注与关怀,所以对高中教师工作状况进行调研,探讨他们的工作压力尤为重要。一、基本情况2015年11月至2016年6月,山东省教育科学研究院通过网络问卷调研和现场访谈的方式,在兼顾城市和乡村的基础 With the deepening of education reform and the continuous improvement of social expectation, teachers ’workload continues to increase, which greatly affects teachers’ physical and mental health, school development and education and teaching quality.
