From March 23 to March 29, 2003, Zhang Zhangliang, deputy director of the Bureau of Land Conversion of SFA, led the delegation of 4 people in the spring reforestation and returning of cultivated land to forests to visit our district and went deep into Suining, Beihai, Donglan and Yangshuo County and other places for supervision and investigation.
