目的 寻求贴壁细胞β射线内照射吸收剂量的计算公式。 方法 根据辐射吸收剂量定义和MIRD方案进行推导。从悬浮细胞培养模式入手 ,考虑到贴壁细胞培养的特殊性 ,以及其受照射的方向 ,依据累积放射性活度、β射线能量、培养液质量计算辐射吸收剂量。 结果 得到悬浮细胞、贴壁细胞 β射线内照射吸收剂量的计算公式。并进行计算验证。 结论 该公式使用简便 ,可靠性强 ,准确性好 ,便于实际应用。
Objective To find the formula for calculating the absorbed dose of β ray in adherent cells. Methods Based on the definition of radiation absorbed dose and the MIRD regimen. Starting from the suspension cell culture mode, taking into account the particularity of adherent cell culture, and the direction of irradiation, the absorbed dose is calculated based on the cumulative radioactivity, the beta ray energy, and the mass of the culture broth. Results The formula for calculating the dose absorbed by β-rays in suspension cells and adherent cells was obtained. And calculate the verification. Conclusion The formula is simple to use, reliable, accurate and easy to use.
