目的　对老年人迟发性癫痫的病因及临床特点进行分析并探讨其可能的机制。方法　对 49例老年人迟发性癫痫患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　本组病例中病因明确 46例 ,其中脑血管病 2 7例 ,糖尿病 1 0例 ,脑萎缩 3例 ,头外伤 2例 ,脑囊虫、脑炎、脑肿瘤、酒精中毒各 1例 ,原因不明 3例。结论　老年人迟发性癫痫的病因大多明确 ,以脑血管病和糖尿病最常见。 Objective To analyze the etiology and clinical features of delayed-onset epilepsy in the elderly and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods The clinical data of 49 elderly patients with delayed epilepsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 46 etiologies in this group, including 27 cases of cerebrovascular disease, 10 cases of diabetes mellitus, 3 cases of brain atrophy, 2 cases of head trauma, 1 case of cerebral cysticercosis, encephalitis, brain tumor and alcoholism. The reason was unknown. example. Conclusion The etiology of delayed-onset epilepsy in the elderly is mostly clear, with cerebrovascular disease and diabetes the most common.
