日本气仙沼市的“共有之家”是为2011年遭受海啸袭击的一个渔民社区建造的社区公共空间,建筑选址于气仙沼市的大谷渔港,所处位置为当地渔业活动和社区生活的中心。共有之家由15户居民共享建筑的所有权,并分担维护费用,但是大谷渔港周围社区的居民都有可能使用它。这是一个可供渔民休息交流的空间,是主妇们等待丈夫从海上捕鱼归来的场所,也可以用做临时的鱼市。在设计过程中,我首先遇到的困难就在于理解和想像当地人的生
The “Shared House” in Kesennuma, Japan, is a community public space built for a fishermen community hit by the tsunami in 2011. The site is located at Otsu Fishing Port in Kesennuma and is located on the site of local fisheries activities and Community life center. The shared house shares the ownership of the building with 15 residents and shares the maintenance costs, but residents of the communities around the Oyani fishing port may use it. This is a place for fishermen to rest and exchange. It is a place where housewives wait for her husband to return from fishing at sea and can also be used as a temporary fish market.
