目的分析维汉两个民族健康体检人群脂代谢检出情况。方法收集2009年10月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院进行健康体检人员的血液糖脂指标并进行统计分析。结果男性除HDL-C低于女性外,其他指标均高于女性(P<0.05)。汉族HDL-C略高于维吾尔族,其他指标均低于维吾尔族,统计学分析TG和LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高甘油三酯血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症以及糖尿病的检出率男性均高于女性(P<0.05);汉族高胆固醇血症检出率高于维吾尔族,而混合型高脂血症低于维吾尔族(P<0.05);随着年龄的增加,高胆固醇血症、混合性高脂血症以及糖尿病的检出率逐步升高(P<0.05),而高甘油三酯血症表现为各年龄段的高发。结论受检人群糖、脂代谢表现出性别和民族之间的差异,而且随着年龄增高,糖、脂代谢指标向对机体不利的方向发生变化,糖、脂代谢紊乱的发生率也增加。因此控制糖、脂代谢紊乱在维持机体健康起到积极的作用。
Objective To analyze the detection of lipid metabolism in the health examination population of two ethnic groups in Uygur and Han ethnic groups. Methods The blood glucose and lipid index of health examination staff in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in October 2009 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results The male other than HDL-C was lower than female (P <0.05). Han HDL-C slightly higher than the Uygur, other indicators were lower than the Uygur, statistical analysis TG and LDL-C difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The detection rate of hypertriglyceridemia, low-density lipoproteinemia and diabetes were higher in males than in females (P <0.05). The detection rate of Han hypercholesterolemia was higher than that of Uyghur, (P <0.05). The detection rate of hypercholesterolemia, mixed hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus increased with age (P <0.05), while the incidence of hypertriglyceridaemia Performance for all ages high incidence. Conclusion The glucose and lipid metabolism of the subjects showed differences in gender and ethnicity. With the increase of age, the indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism changed in the direction of unfavorable to the body, and the incidence of disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism also increased. Therefore, control of glucose and lipid metabolism disorders play a positive role in maintaining body health.
