目的了解急性职业性硫化氢中毒事故发生原因,为采取相应卫生防护措施提供依据。方法采用回顾性职业流行病学调查的方法。结果在向反应釜投入金硒,同时加入硫酸提纯时,生产过程中产生大量硫化氢气体并发生泄漏,现场3名作业工人急性硫化氢重度中毒其中2例死亡。结论用人单位要了解生产过程中可能产生的有害因素,加强作业工人的职业卫生安全教育,提高自我防护意识,防止职业中毒事故发生。
Objective To understand the causes of acute occupational hydrogen sulfide poisoning and provide basis for taking corresponding health protection measures. Methods The method of retrospective occupational epidemiology was used. As a result, a large amount of hydrogen sulfide gas was generated during the production process and leakage occurred when gold and selenium were put into the reactor and purified by adding sulfuric acid. Two of the three workers who were severely poisoned by acute hydrogen sulfide were killed on the scene. Conclusion The employer should understand the possible harmful factors in the production process, strengthen occupational health and safety education for workers, raise awareness of self-protection and prevent occupational poisoning from happening.
