自北宋立国到靖康前的170年间,中国境内的民族关系格局大体呈宋、辽、夏三朝鼎立之势。这一局势从不同的方面影响到文学发展的走向,它对于实用主义文学观和北宋文学精神品格的形成有着重要的影响;与文学审美风格的形成及变化之间也有着深刻的联系。基于这一民族关系格局而产生的民族忧患意识在很大程度上引发和促进了北宋诗文的革新。宋辽“澶渊之盟”订立和宋夏议和之后,中国境内的三个主要民族的关系由对抗走向了和解,文学创作也由此出现了许多新的面貌,特别是随着诗文革新的深入和成功,宋代文学逐渐进入了一个全面繁荣的新时期。
During the 170 years before the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the reign of Jingkang in the Northern Song Dynasty, the pattern of ethnic relations in China was largely the same as that in the Song, Liao and Xia dynasties. This situation affects the trend of literature development from different aspects. It has an important influence on the formation of pragmatic literature and the formation of the Northern Song literary spirit. It also has a profound connection with the formation and change of the literary aesthetic style. The national sense of urgency based on the pattern of ethnic relations has largely triggered and promoted the revolution of Northern Song poetry. After the conclusion of the Song and Liao Dynasty and the conclusion of the “Alliance of Qiong Yuan” and the Song and Xia Dynasties, the relations among the three main ethnic groups in China moved from confrontation to reconciliation. Many new features appeared in literary creation, In-depth and successful reform, Song literature gradually entered a new era of full prosperity.
