运用Pro/E软件建立渐开线斜齿轮参数化精确模型,对液压钻机的斜齿轮箱内的斜齿轮进行装配生成啮合模型,通过利用Pro/E与ANSYS WORKBENCH专用的数据交换接口,把齿轮啮合模型导入ANSYS WORKBENCH中,通过斜齿轮的接触非线性分析求解计算,求解出斜齿轮的接触应力,得出有限元分析结果比理论计算结果小,有限元计算出的结果更贴合实际,为斜齿轮接触分析提供了快速有效的方法。
Pro / E software was used to establish the parameterized accurate model of involute helical gear. The bevel gears in the helical gearbox of the hydraulic drilling rig were assembled to generate the meshing model. By using the special data exchange interface between Pro / E and ANSYS WORKBENCH, The model was imported into ANSYS WORKBENCH and solved by nonlinear contact analysis of helical gear. The contact stress of helical gear was solved. The result of finite element analysis was smaller than the theoretical calculation. Gear contact analysis provides a quick and effective method.
