在石油化工行业里,炼化企业具有高温高压、易燃易爆、有毒有害、工艺复杂、自动化程度高、技术难度大、作业流程长、生产连续性强等特性。其生产特点要求员工必须具有较高的技术素质。同时随着炼化技术的飞速发展、设备的不断更新、工艺的持续优化,对员工业务素质和技术水平提出了更高的要求。因此,加强员工教育培训,造就一支高素质的员工队伍,是炼化企业的重要任务。近年来,大庆石化公司(以下简称公司) In the petrochemical industry, refining and petrochemical enterprises with high temperature and pressure, flammable, toxic and hazardous, complex technology, high degree of automation, technical difficulties, long process flow, production continuity and other characteristics.
