补糖和刺五加调节大鼠运动后糖代谢的研究

为了探索补糖和刺五加对运动后机体糖代谢的调节作用。为此,128只大鼠根据不同的补药方案和取样时间分为16组,比较在运动后不同时点的肌糖原、肝糖原含量以及血糖浓度。结果发现:1)补糖和补刺五加都可以促进运动后肌糖原的恢复,并且两者间有交互作用。2)补糖有利于维持运动后的血糖浓度,刺五加在运动后一定时间表现出升高血糖的作用。3)补糖可以促进运动后肝糖原的恢复,而刺五加则对运动后肝糖原恢复没有影响。同时补充刺五加和糖也没有明显的协同效果。 In order to explore the regulation of sugar and Acanthopanax on the regulation of glucose metabolism after exercise. To this end, 128 rats were divided into 16 groups according to different tonic schedules and sampling time, muscle glycogen content, glycogen content and blood glucose concentration at different time points after exercise. The results showed that: 1) Supplementation of sugar and Bu Ci Wu Jia can promote the recovery of muscle glycogen after exercise, and there is interaction between the two. 2) sugar is conducive to maintaining blood glucose levels after exercise, Acanthopanax have shown in a certain period of time after exercise the role of raising blood sugar. 3) sugar can promote the recovery of liver glycogen after exercise, and Acanthopanax have no effect on the recovery of glycogen after exercise. At the same time add Acanthopanax and sugar also did not significantly synergistic effect.
