TDS系列智能旋进流量计集温度、压力、流量传感器和智能流量积算仪于一体,可检测气体的温度、压力和标准体积流量,并具压缩因子自动修正功能。采用独特的双传感器技术及电子电路处理技术,消除了压力脉动对流量计量的影响,克服了“零流量走字”和“流量输差大”等大难题。在TDS智能旋进流量计与单向阀配合使用时会出现互感效应,从而造成单向阀异响,同时影响TDS智能旋进流量计的计量准确度。从TDS智能旋进流量计和单向阀的工作原理入手,剖析了互感现象发生的原因,即流量计产生的漩涡流还未恢复到稳态就流过单向阀,引起了单向阀的振动,然后反作用于流量计。最后提出了三种措施来消除互感效应:采用增大流量计与单向阀的距离、调换流量计与单向阀的位置和调整流量调节阀的位置。现场应用结果表明:上述方法可以有效地消除互感效应,保证了流量计的准确计量。
TDS series of intelligent precession flowmeter temperature, pressure, flow sensor and intelligent flow totalizer in one, can detect the gas temperature, pressure and standard volume flow, and with automatic correction of compression factor. The unique dual-sensor technology and electronic circuit processing technology eliminate the influence of pressure pulsation on the flow measurement and overcome the big problems such as “zero flow” and “large flow”. Mutual inductance effect occurs when the TDS intelligent precession flowmeter is used in combination with the check valve, resulting in abnormal sound of the check valve and affecting the measurement accuracy of the TDS intelligent precession flowmeter. Starting from the working principle of TDS intelligent precession flowmeter and one-way valve, the reason of mutual induction phenomenon is analyzed, that is, the vortex flow generated by the flowmeter flows through the one-way valve without returning to the steady state, Vibration, and then react to the flow meter. Finally, three measures are put forward to eliminate the mutual effect: the distance between the flowmeter and the check valve is increased, the positions of the flowmeter and the check valve are changed, and the position of the flow control valve is adjusted. The field application results show that the above method can effectively eliminate the mutual effect and ensure the accurate measurement of the flowmeter.
