目的:探讨我院护理人员面临的心理压力及其应对方式,为减轻我院护理人员心理压力提供可靠依据。方法:选择2014年12月至2016年12月我院55名护理人员,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,根据发现的问题进行分析及干预。结果:护理人员的工作性质与强度可直接影响护理人员心身健康,她们的心理压力较大,心身健康状况较一般人群差。干预后各因子分与干预前比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05);排名前8位的症状发生率在干预后均较干预前明显下降(详见表2)。结论:通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查分析,护理人员在工作中存在较大的心理压力,着为管理人员我们应该要营造一个良好的工作、生活环境,同时做好护理人员心理辅导和提高她们理论技术水平,消除压力源等综合干预措施,可明显提高护理人员的心身健康水平。护士良好的工作状态是提高护理工作效率和质量的根本保证。减少纠纷使医院顺利发展。
Objective: To investigate the psychological pressure and its coping style faced by nurses in our hospital and provide a reliable basis for reducing the psychological pressure of nursing staff in our hospital. Methods: From December 2014 to December 2016, 55 nurses in our hospital were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Analysis and intervention were made based on the findings. Results: The nature and intensity of nurses’ work can directly affect the mental and physical health of nurses. Their psychological pressure is greater and their mental and physical health is worse than that of the general population. After intervention, the scores of each factor were significantly different from those before intervention (P <0.05). The incidence of the top 8 symptoms was significantly decreased after intervention (Table 2). Conclusion: According to the questionnaire survey of SCL-90, nursing staffs have great psychological pressure at work. As a manager, we should create a good working and living environment, and at the same time do a good job of nursing staff Psychological counseling and improve their theoretical and technical level, eliminating stressors and other comprehensive interventions, can significantly improve the level of mental and physical health nurses. Nurses good working condition is to improve the efficiency and quality of care of the fundamental guarantee. Reduce disputes so that the smooth development of the hospital.
