研究了20CrMnTi钢固体高浓度渗碳工艺及其组织与性能。结果表明:该高浓度渗碳工艺可在钢的表层形成大量细粒状、弥散分布的碳化物,具有高硬度、高耐磨性、高回火稳定性及低脆性。
The solid high concentration carburizing process of 20CrMnTi steel and its microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that the high concentration carburizing process can form a large amount of fine grained and dispersed carbides on the surface of steel with high hardness, high wear resistance, high tempering stability and low brittleness.
