本文从两个方面分别介绍了既有居住建筑节能改造的现状,包括我国从2007年以来制定的政策法规以及既有居住建筑节能改造中存在的问题。进而提出两种在既有居住建筑节能改造经济激励中常用到的两种模式,分别是费用分摊模式和委托代理模式,希望对从事既有居住建筑节能改造的各企业或部门提供参考。
This paper introduces the current situation of energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings from two aspects, including the policies and regulations formulated in China since 2007 and the existing problems in energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings. Furthermore, two kinds of modes commonly used in the economic incentive of energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings are put forward: cost-sharing mode and principal-agent mode, respectively, hoping to provide reference for enterprises and departments engaged in the energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings.
