目的探讨博落回提取物血根碱对结肠癌Caco-2细胞和肺癌A549细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法用不同浓度(0.625~5μg/ml)的血根碱分别处理结肠癌Caco-2细胞和肺癌A549细胞24h,MTT法测定细胞活力,流式细胞技术检测细胞凋亡百分率。结果不同浓度的血根碱对Caco-2细胞和肺癌A549细胞的生长均有明显的抑制作用,并增加肿瘤细胞凋亡百分率,呈现出一定的剂量依赖性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论博落回提取物血根碱可抑制结肠癌Caco-2细胞和肺癌A549细胞增殖,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effects of sanguardiae extract on proliferation and apoptosis of colon cancer Caco-2 cells and lung cancer A549 cells. Methods Colon cancer Caco-2 cells and lung cancer A549 cells were treated with different concentrations (0.625 ~ 5μg / ml) of sagemine for 24 hours respectively. The cell viability was measured by MTT assay and the percentage of apoptotic cells was determined by flow cytometry. Results Different concentrations of sage base could significantly inhibit the growth of Caco-2 cells and lung cancer A549 cells and increase the percentage of apoptotic cells in a dose-dependent manner (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Scutellariae radix can inhibit the proliferation of colon cancer Caco-2 cells and lung cancer A549 cells and promote the apoptosis of tumor cells.
